Vouchers & Compensation
The compensation amount is variable and based on different criteria related to your booking. You'll be shown the exact voucher value before your resale request is confirmed.
If you wish to view the compensation amount, you can find it via Manage a Resale.
A voucher will be issued only if your resale is successful; if the resale is unsuccessful, no voucher will be issued.
If your resale is successful, a voucher will be sent automatically to your email.
Vouchers can be used for future bookings made on flyflair.com.
No. You may apply your voucher on ONE booking. Any unused values will be forfeited.
No. You may use only one voucher for a single booking.
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Resale success depends on several factors, including flight demand and time to departure.
Eligibility
Passengers over 18 who purchased their tickets through Flair's website. The requesting passenger must act on behalf of all passengers in the booking.
Your booking must:
- Be fully paid and issued.
- Be made through Flair's official website (not third-party aggregators).
- Contain only Flair-operated flights.
- Be non-refundable or refundable with fees.
- Have been confirmed at least 24 hours after purchase and are at least 26 hours from departure.
Yes. You can request to resell a single leg of your round-trip booking.
No. Resale applies to all passenger bookings.
No. Only bookings made through Flair's official website are entitled to resale.
Process & Rules
To submit a resale request, you can do so no earlier than 24 hours after booking confirmation, and no later than 26 hours before your first flight. To start a resale request, check your eligibility here.
Once you validate your resale request, your ticket is immediately listed for resale. Depending on demand for your flight, it can be:
- Guaranteed resale: This flight is very popular, and we guarantee that your ticket will be resold immediately.
- To resell: Your ticket will be put up for sale, but its resale will depend on demand from a buyer.
Yes, as long as the ticket has not been resold. You can cancel your request in Manage a Resale.
No. Flair determines the resale price. This is not a peer-to-peer marketplace.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change the contact information at this stage.
As long as your ticket is not resold successfully, your reservation remains valid.
You'll be notified by email no later than 24 hours after your resale is successful.
You can view and manage your resale anytime in Manage a Resale.
Privacy & Data
Only with Fairlyne, our resale technology provider, process resale requests on Flair's behalf. They do not use your data for any other purpose.
Yes. Data is processed securely, anonymized after use, and hosted in Canada (AWS CA) and Europe (AWS EU).
